  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to assist customers via 📞 calls, 💬 chats, and ✉️ emails.
  • Proficiency in communication at CEFR levels C1 and C2.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, handling voice-based customer queries, with a weekly rotational off. Completion of double 💉 vaccination is mandatory.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities to understand and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Demonstrated capacity to independently and efficiently address customer concerns, showcasing quick thinking and ownership.
  • Proactive approach towards respecting and valuing customer time.
  • Efficient time management ensuring every customer interaction adds value.

Preferred Skills:

  • Customer Service: Technical support - Service Desk: Voice, Chats, Email Chats

Educational Requirements: 🎓 Graduate or equivalent

Service Line: BPO Service Line
