Job Opening: IT Associate Support Specialist

Qualifications:
- Any graduate degree
- 1+ years of experience in an IT service role
- Customer support experience dealing with hardware and software
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and complete assignments within deadlines
- Enthusiastic and clear communicator
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Linux
- Experience in scripting languages such as Ansible, Bash, or Python
- Experience with managing access to services like Okta, GitHub, and Google Workspace
- Experience with remote customer support
Responsibilities:
- Support employees in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Responsible for equipment deployment to remote users
- Account management associated with user access and permissions
- Maintain, install, and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Maintain an inventory of all deployed hardware
- Responsible for imaging employee workstations
- Manage office equipment, including printers, projectors, WiFi access points, etc.
