Job Opening: IT Associate Support Specialist

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate degree
  • 1+ years of experience in an IT service role
  • Customer support experience dealing with hardware and software
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and complete assignments within deadlines
  • Enthusiastic and clear communicator

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Linux
  • Experience in scripting languages such as Ansible, Bash, or Python
  • Experience with managing access to services like Okta, GitHub, and Google Workspace
  • Experience with remote customer support

Responsibilities:

  • Support employees in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Responsible for equipment deployment to remote users
  • Account management associated with user access and permissions
  • Maintain, install, and troubleshoot hardware and software
  • Maintain an inventory of all deployed hardware
  • Responsible for imaging employee workstations
  • Manage office equipment, including printers, projectors, WiFi access points, etc.
